腰脊痛采用中医辩证针灸治疗的临床分析

Pain in the Lumbar Spine Using Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Acupuncture Therapy

目的研究分析腰脊痛患者接受中医辨证针灸治疗的效果。方法根据我院2013至2014年接收的60例腰脊痛患者来进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者使用理疗治疗,观察组患者使用常规治疗和辨证针灸治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率是93.3%,对照组是70%,两组患者的有效率存在统计学差异性,P<0.05;临床没有发现患者出现不良反应情况。结论腰脊痛患者接受中医辨证针灸治疗的效果比较好,结合有效的护理,以及患者自己注意对腰脊部进行保护,可以获得较高的有效率,临床症状改善明显,因此可以在临床中进行推广使用。

Objective To study the effect analysis of lumbar pain, patients received TCM acupuncture therapy.MethodsAccording to the 2013～2014 in our hospital received 60 cases of lumbar pain patients to carry on the research analysis, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, patients in the control group using the physiotherapy treatment, patients in the observation group use routine treatment and acupuncture treatment, carries out a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results The patients in the observation group the clinical effective rate of the treatment was 93.3%, control group 70%, two groups of patients with efficiency and there are significant differences between sex,P〈0.05; found no clinical adverse reactions in patients with the situation.Conclusion Lumbar pain in patients receiving TCM acupuncture treatment effect is better, with effective nursing, and patients pay attention to their own to protect the waist ridge, can obtain higher efficiency, significantly improved clinical symptoms, it can be used widely in clinical practice.
