浅析中医正骨手法对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果

The Effect of Treatment of TCM Massage on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症状使用中医正骨手法进行治疗的效果。方法根据我院2013年至2014年的168例腰间盘突出患者来进行研究分析,为其使用中医正骨手法治疗,对其临床治疗情况进行观察分析。结果本组患者治愈168例,显效128例,好转23例,无效17例,治愈率达76.45%,总有效率达89.91%。结论中医正骨手法对粘连的组织具有较好的松弛效果,治疗循序渐进,对神经的兴奋、血液的流通、椎间盘还纳、疼痛改善等具有比较好的效果,因此临床中得到了医生和患者的认可,具有比较大的应用价值,值得进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate the waist intervertebral disc prominent symptom in TCM with manipulative therapy effect.Methods According to the 168 patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 of the lumbar disc herniation to carry on the research analysis, for the use of TCM Massage Therapy, were observed and analyzed on their clinical treatment.Results In this group, 168 cases were cured, 128 cases markedly effective, 23 cases improved, 17 cases ineffective, cure rate was 76.45%, total effective rate was 89.91%.Conclusion The TCM bone setting manipulation of adhesion with relaxation effect, good treatment step by step, on the excitement of the nerves, blood circulation, intervertebral disc, pain improvement has a good effect, so the clinical doctors and patients to get recognition, compared with great application value, it is worth to promote the use of.
