中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合临床对比分析

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Delayed Union of Fractures Clinical Analysis

目的研究分析骨折迟缓愈合使用中医治疗的效果。方法根据我院接收的骨折迟缓愈合患者50例来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,均有25例。对照组患者视其骨折部位来进行固定治疗,观察组患者除了固定治疗还增加中医治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者共有24例痊愈,总有效率是96%,对照组有16例痊愈,总有效率64%。结论骨折迟缓愈合患者接受常规固定治疗和中医治疗具有比较好的效果,患者骨折愈合时间比较短,无不良反应,临床应用效果非常优秀。

Objective To study the analysis of fracture delayed union and use traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect. Methods According to our hospital received delayed union of fractures in 50 patients to carry on the research analysis, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, 25 cases of. Patients in the control group depending on the fracture site of fixation, patients in the observation group in addition to fixed treatment also increased the Chinese medicine treatment, to compare the clinical effect of treatment of two groups of patients. Results In the observation group, a total of 24 cases were cured, the total efficiency is 96%, control group 16 cases were cured, the total efficiency of 64%. Conclusion Delayed healing of bone fracture patients with relatively good results received conventional fixed treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, patients with fracture healing time is short, no adverse reactions, clinical application effect is very good.
