腹腔镜胃癌D2切除术治疗的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Laparoscopic D2 Gastric Cancer Resection Therapy

目的：主要分析胃癌治疗中采用腹腔镜D2切除术的治疗效果，以保证胃癌治疗中腹腔镜的应用。方法选取2011年5月～2013年6月我院收治的200例胃癌患者的病情资料进行分析研究，分为观察组和对照组，每个各100例，观察组进行腹腔镜D2切除术治疗，对照组进行开腹手术治疗。对两组治疗效果进行分析对比。结果观察组患者的总有效率为90.0%，对照组总有效率为65.0%，观察组明显优于对照组，两组间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用腹腔镜D2切除术治疗胃癌疾病，效果良好，具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective The main analysis is used in the treatment of laparoscopic D2 gastric cancer resection therapy effect, in order to ensure the application of laparoscopic treatment of gastric cancer.MethodsAnalysis May 2011～June 2013 of 200 patients in our hospital in patients with gastric cancer disease data, divided into observation group and control group, each 100 cases, the observation group were performed laparoscopic resection in the treatment of D2,the control group were open operation treatment. Through analysis and comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups.ResultsThe patients in the observation group the total efficiency is 90%, control group, the total effective rate was 65%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection in the treatment of gastric cancer with D2 disease, the effect is good, has the very high value in clinical application.
