分析微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的临床效果

Clinical Analysis of the Effect of Micro Screw Implant Anchorage in Orthodontic Treatment

目的研究分析口腔正畸使用微螺钉种植体支抗的效果。方法根据我院接收的82例口腔正畸患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,均有41例患者,对照组患者接受正畸支抗治疗,观察组使用微螺钉种植支抗治疗,对两组患者的临床正畸效果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是97.56%,对照组的有效率是87.8%;观察组患者的磨牙移位要比对照组低,上中切牙倾角差比对照组高。结论在口腔正畸治疗时使用微螺钉种植支抗具有非常好的效果,相比常规的支抗效果更加突出,在临床具有较大的应用价值,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the analysis of orthodontic Mini screw implant use result of anchorage.Methods According to the 82 cases of orthodontic patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, in al 41 cases patients, patients in the control group received orthodontic anchorage in treatment, the observation group use micro screw implant anchorage treatment, carries on the comparative analysis of orthodontic clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results The clinical observation of the patients in the treatment group the effective rate was 97.56%, the effective rate of the control group was 87.8%; the patients in the observation group were molars shift to lower than the control group, upper incisor inclination than the control group. Conclusion The use of micro screw implant anchorage has very good effect in orthodontic treatment, compared to the conventional anchorage effect is more prominent, and has great application value in clinical, it is worth to promote the use.
