摘要 目的:探讨早期免疫营养对重型颅脑损伤患者的影响;方法选取2013年1月~2014年4月间本院收治的重型颅脑损伤患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组给予常规营养支持;观察组在此基础上接受早期免疫营养。观察两组患者治疗前后的营养水平、T淋巴细胞亚群情况、免疫球蛋白水平。结果观察组患者治疗2周后血清TP、ALB、PAB、HB、TRF水平均明显高于治疗前和同期对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的各T淋巴细胞亚群水平明显高于治疗前和同期对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IgA、IgM、IgG 水平和淋巴细胞总数均明显高于治疗前和同期对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期免疫营养能够有效提升重型颅脑损伤患者的营养状态,增强免疫功能。 Objective To explore the effect of early immune nutrition on patients with severe traumatic brain injury;Methods 102 patients with severe craniocerebral injury from 2013 January to 2014 April method in our hospital patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nutritional support; on the basis of the observation group received early immune nutrition. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with nutritional level, T lymphocyte subsets, immunoglobulin levels. ResultsIn the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment, serum TP, ALB, PAB, HB, TRF levels were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the same period patients in the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P〈0.05). Observation on the level of T lymphocyte subsets in patients of each group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the same period before treatment and patients in the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P〈0.05). The observation group after treatment, IgA, IgM, IgG levels and lymphocyte count were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the same period patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).ConclusionEarly immune nutrition can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with severe craniocerebral injury, and enhance immune function.
