肥胖症的预防与营养治疗

摘要 目的探讨分析肥胖症的预防措施以及营养治疗在肥胖症中的治疗效果。方法查阅相关资料总结肥胖症的诊断标准、代谢功能和预防措施,在进行营养治疗效果分析时,采用对比分析的方法,选取80例肥胖症患者,随机分成两组,对照组进行综合治疗,观察组在综合治疗的基础上进行营养治疗,一个月、三个月、半年后分别对80例患者进行体重测量,得出平均体重,观察两组平均减重幅度。结果观察组的平均减重幅度明显高于对照组(29.9%vs.12.9%),P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论营养治疗在减轻肥胖症患者体重方面具有明显的治疗优势,值得在肥胖症的临床治疗中推广此种治疗方式。 Objective To study the analysis of obesity prevention measures and nutritional therapy in the treatment of obesity.Methods The related data to summarize diagnostic criteria for obesity, metabolic function and prevention measures, the effect of nutritional therapy on analysis, adopt the method of comparative analysis, to select 80 cases of obesity patients, randomly divided into two groups, control group to carry on the comprehensive treatment,observation group on the basis of comprehensive treatment for nutritional treatment, after a month, three months, six months, respectively, in 80 cases of patients, the measurement of weight, it is concluded that the average weight, observe two groups of average weight.ResultsThe average weight loss rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (29.9% vs 12.9%), P〈0.05, with statistical significance.ConclusionNutritional therapy in reducing weight in obese patients has obvious advantages, is worth popularizing in clinical treatment of obesity such treatment.
