新型血管闭合装置在神经介入诊疗中的临床应用及安全性

Model of Vascular Closure Device in the Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment of Clinical Application and Safety

目的探究与分析新型血管闭合装置在神经介入诊疗中的临床应用及安全性。方法选自我院自2012年12月至2014年12月间的268例采用神经诊疗的患者,采用随机数法分为手法压迫组和血管闭合装置组,每组各134例,观察各组效果。结果根据记录显示,采用血管闭合装置患者的止血效果显著且时间短,制动时间也较采用常规手法压迫止血患者短,P<0.05,有统计学意义。根据记录显示,血管闭合器组患者发生并发症的情况明显少于手法压迫组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论新型血管闭合装置在神经介入诊疗中有良好效果,安全性高,值得在临床上加以推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the model of vascular closure device in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of clinical application and safety of.Methods From 2012 December to 2014 in our hospital since December 268 cases of using neural diagnosis and treatment of patients, divided into manual compression group and vascular closure device group by random number method, 134 cases in each group, and observed the effect.ResultsAccording to the records, using the hemostatic effect of vascular closure device in patients with significant and time is short, the braking time than using conventional manual compression hemostasis in patients with short,P〈0.05, had statistical significance. According to records, complications of vascular closure device group were significantly less than the situation of manual compression group,P〈0.05, had statistical significance.ConclusionThe model of vascular closure device in the interventional diagnosis and treatment has good effect, high safety, and is worth to promote in clinical.
