股骨粗隆间骨折闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗临床体会

Intertrochanteric Fracture Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation PFNA Clinical Experience

目的探讨分析股骨粗隆间骨折闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗临床体会。方法选择我院进行治疗的62例各型股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,对其行硬膜外麻醉后在监视下,行骨折闭合复位,对小切口行PFNA固定。结果术后临床效果评定优49例(79.03%),良9例(14.52%),差4例,(6.45%),优良率为93.55%。结论在C臂监视的情况下行牵引床闭合复位手术后采用PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,手术操作简单,患者创伤小,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the analysis of intertrochanteric fracture closed reduction and internal fixation PFNA clinical experience.Methods Our hospital for treatment of 62 cases of various types of intertrochanteric fracture patients as research subjects, after their epidural anesthesia under surveillance, closed reduction of fracture lines, small incision PFNA fixed.ResultsExcellent clinical results after assessing 49 cases （79.03%）, good in 9 cases （14.52%）, and poor in 4 cases （6.45%）, good rate of 93.55%.Conclusion In the case of C-arm monitor downstream traction bed closed reduction surgery after using PFNA fixation of intertrochanteric fractures, simple operation, small patient trauma, worthy of clinical application.
