Analysis and Discussion of Psychiatric Nursing Insecurity Factors and Countermeasures

目的探讨研究精神科护理不安全因素及应对策略。方法对2013年1月至2014年9月我科护理过程中不安全事件进行回顾性分析,总结引发不安全事件的因素并提出相应对策。结果 2013年1月至2014年9月期间我院共发生50例不安全事件,引发不安全事件发生的原因主要有患者自身因素、护理人员因素、病房设施因素。结论针对不安全因素制定相应的预防措施能有效减少不安全事件发生。

Objective To discuss the reasons that caused unsafe incidents in psychiatric nursing and study the countermeasures accordingly.MethodsAnalyzed unsafe incidents happened between January.2013 and September.2014 in psychiatric nursing of our hospital retrospectively and summarized the factors of unsafe incidents and put forward countermeasures accordingly.Results 50 cases of unsafe incidents happened in psychiatric nursing of our hospital from January.2013 to September.2014. The main factors were patients themselves, nursing staff and equipment of our hospital.Conclusion Proposing countermeasures according to the unsafe factors can reduce unsafe incidents effectively.
