心血管疾病患者在重症监护室接受治疗的心理特点与护理对策分析

Cardiovascular Disease(CVD) Patients Receiving Treatment in Intensive Care Unit Analysis of the Psychological Characteristics and Nursing Countermeasure

目的：探讨分析心血管疾病患者在重症监护室接受治疗的心理特点与护理对策。方法对2012年10月～2014年10月我院重症监护室收治的60例心血管疾病患者的临床资料进行分析，通过对患者心理状态的了解，总结患者的心理特点，实施针对性的护理对策，评价护理效果。结果60例患者在实施针对性护理对策之后，负性情绪得到了明显改善，心理状态较干预前明显提升。结论对重症监护室的心血管疾病患者进行心理特点调查，制定针对性的护理对策，可以有效缓解以及消除患者的负性情绪，提高了患者治疗与护理的依从性，缩短了患者的治疗时间，值得在临床中广泛应用。

ObjectiveTo study the analysis of cardiovascular disease （CVD） patients in the intensive care unit for treatment of psychological characteristics and nursing countermeasure.Methods In October 2012～October 2014, our hospital intensive care unit were analyzed clinical data of 60 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease were analyzed, and through the understanding of the patients psychological status, summed up the patient＇s psychological characteristics, implement targeted nursing countermeasure, evaluate the nursing effect.Results 60 patients after implement targeted nursing countermeasure, has dramatically improved negative emotions, the psychological condition improved significantly, compared with before.Conclusion Psychological characteristics in patients with cardiovascular disease in the intensive care unit, formulate corresponding nursing measures, can effectively alleviate and eliminate the patient＇s negative emotions, improve the treatment and care of the patient compliance, shortens the time of the treatment of patients with is worth wide application in the clinical.
