全程优质护理用于急性心肌梗塞患者中的效果观察

Whole Course High Quality Nursing Care for Observation in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Effect

目的分析全程优质护理用于急性心肌梗塞患者的效果。方法将120例急性心肌梗塞患者随机分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以全程优质护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间及住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05),心理健康程度优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对急性心肌梗塞患者予以全程优质护理,可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高患者心理健康度和护理满意度,极具应用价值。

Objective To analyze the whole course high quality nursing care for patients with acute myocardial infarction effect.Methods 120 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with whole course high quality nursing care, compared two groups of nursing effect.Results The patients in the observation group satisfaction is higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, length of stay and hospital costs were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the mental health level than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance.Conclusion To whole course high quality nursing care on the patients of acute myocardial infarction, can shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization costs, improve patients mental health and nursing satisfaction, very valuable.
