护理关怀理念对ICU危重患者护理质量及满意度的影响

Concept of Nursing Care for Critically ill Patients in the ICU Nursing Quality and Satisfaction

目的：探讨护理关怀理念对ICU危重患者护理质量及满意度的影响。方法随机抽取2013年5月～2014年6月我院收治的ICU危重患者120例，对照组患者采用常规护理方法，护理组在对照组基础上加入护理关怀理念。比较两组患者的SDS、SAS评分及满意度。结果护理后两组患者SDS和SAS评分均显著降低，且护理组两项评分的下降幅度明显高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理组患者满意度明显高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论护理关怀理念能够有效帮助ICU患者快速恢复，提高护理满意度。

ObjectiveTo study the concept of nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU nursing quality and satisfaction.MethodsRandomly in May 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital＇s ICU critical patients 120 cases, control group were treated by routine nursing methods, nursing groups in the control group based on join the concept of nursing care. Comparison of two groups of patients, SAS, SDS score and satisfaction.Results After nursing patients with two groups of SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower, and the decline of the two grades nursing group was obviously higher than that of control group, there are statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Patients satisfaction with nursing group was obviously higher than that of control group, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionNursing care concept can effectively help ICU patients recover quickly, improve nursing satisfaction.
