左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑和山莨菪碱治疗慢性肠炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Levofloxacin Combined with Metronidazole and Anisodamine in Treating Chronic Enteritis

目的研究分析左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑和山良菪碱治疗慢性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月至2014年7月收治的86例慢性肠炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各43例,给予对照组左氧氟沙星静脉滴注治疗,如果患者出现不适可加服山良菪碱,给予实验组在此基础上口服甲硝唑治疗,并观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果通过治疗后,实验组患者治疗的总有效率为93.0%(40/43),复发率为4.7%(2/43),对照组患者治疗的总有效率为79.1%(34/43),复发率为18.6%(8/43),实验组治疗的效果明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论使用左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑与山良菪碱治疗慢性肠炎,可以有效的提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,有利于提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect analysis of levofloxacin combined with metronidazole and anisodamine in treating chronic enteritis. MethodsSelect 86 cases of chronic enteritis patients in our hospital from 2013 June to 2014 July were,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group had 43 cases,given to the control group intravenous infusion of levofloxacin therapy,if the patient does not appear to be served plus anisodamine,experimental group on the basis of oral metronidazole treatment two groups of patients,and to observe the therapeutic effect of. Results The treatment of patients in the experimental group after treatment,the total effective rate was 93% （40/43）,the recurrence rate was 4.7% （2/43）,the patients in the control group the total effective rate of treatment was 79.1% （34/43）,the recurrence rate was 18.6% （8/43）,the treatment effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance.ConclusionThe use of levofloxacin,metronidazole and anisodamine in the treatment of chronic enteritis,can improve the therapeutic effect and effective,reduce the occurrence of complications,is conducive to improve the quality of life of patients,has high value in clinical application.
