探析合理运用硝苯地平治疗尿毒症血液透析合并高血压患者的有效性

Analysis on Effectiveness of Reasonable Application of Nifedipine in Treating Uremic Hemodialysis with Hypertension Patients

目的：探讨合理运用硝苯地平治疗尿毒症血液透析合并高血压患者的有效性。方法选取2012年10月～2013年12月来我院进行治疗的尿毒症血液透析合并高血压患者78例，按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组患者39例，比较两组患者治疗的总有效率情况。结果经过治疗后，对照组患者显效14例，有效16例，无效9例，治疗的总有效率为76.92％；观察组患者显效20例，有效18例，无效1例，治疗的总有效率为97.44％，P＜0.05，具有显著性差异和统计学意义。结论在尿毒症血液透析合并高血压患者的临床治疗过程中，采用硝苯地平进行治疗效果比卡托普利的效果更好，能够有效地控制患者的血压情况，具有极强的临床推广价值，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of rational use of nifedipine in the treatment of uremic hemodialysis patients with hypertension.Methods From 2012 October to 2013 December in our hospital were treated with hemodialysis uremia in 78 cases of patients with hypertension,according to different treatment as control groupand observation group,39 cases of patients in each group,with total efficiency were compared between the two groups of treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,the control group 14 cases,effective 16 cases,invalid 9 cases,the total effective rate of treatment was 76.92%; the observation group 20 cases,effective 18 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total effective rate of treatment was 97.44%,P〈0.05,with significant differences and statistical significance.Conclusion In uremic hemodialysis patients with clinical treatment process of patients with hypertension by nifedipine,performed better than theKato Pury effect the treatment effect,and can effectively control blood pressure of patients,with strong clinical value,and is worthy of popularization and application.
