秋水仙碱治疗白塞病疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Colchicine Treatment of Behcet's Disease

目的研究分析秋水仙碱对白塞病的临床治疗效果,总结其不良反应情况。方法根据我院接收的25例白塞病患者进行研究分析,使用了口服秋水仙碱治疗的方式,单次服药0.5毫克,一天两次,持续治疗8周,对患者的临床治疗效果进行观察,总结不良反应情况。结果经过治疗后,对患者的疗效进行了统计,其口腔溃疡有20%治愈,外阴溃疡有87.5%治愈,结节性红斑有80%治愈,关节损害有85.7%治愈。主要的不良反应有恶心、呕吐、腹痛腹泻等,临床中无其他的不良反应出现。结论秋水仙碱在临床中是一线的白塞病治疗药物,具有比较好的治疗效果,临床存在一些不良反应,但是经过针对性处理后均能够改善,应用价值比较高。

Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of colchicine on analysis of Behcet＇s disease, summarizes its adverse reactions.MethodsThe studied according to the analysis of 25 cases of Behcet＇s disease patients in our hospital received, the use of oral colchicine treatment mode, single - dose 0.5 mg, two times a day, continuous treatment for 8 weeks, and the clinical effects were observed, to summarize the adverse reaction. Results After treatment, the curative effect of patients were statisticaly, the oral cavity ulcer 20% cure, vulva ulcer 87.5% cured, erythema nodosum 80% cured, 85.7% cured joint damage. The main adverse reactions were nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, no adverse reactions in other clinical.Conclusion Colchicine Behcet s disease is a first-line drug in clinical treatment, has good treatment effect, some adverse reaction in clinical, but through targeted treatments could improve, higher application value.
