“新三农”科技与知识全媒体资源建设的研究

Research on Omnimedia Resource Construction of "New Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers" Science-technology and Knowledge

根据全媒体时代"新三农"背景下农业科技与知识的社会需要,在考量过国内外资源库元数据技术标准、资源终端封装技术标准后,从适合远程教育、"三网三屏多终端传播"出发,提出了"新三农"科技与知识资源建设方案,包括5项研究内容:1资源的内容格式标准和终端封装技术研究;2多媒体新型农业科技与知识资源库建设;3多媒体农业科技与知识资源云服务平台建设;4农业科技知识学习辅导师资队伍建设;5农业科技与知识资源应用示范。描述了本项目实施后的社会效益和经济效益;给出了资源建设的实施机制和建设风险及其防范措施。

According to the social needs of agricultural science-technology and knowledge under the background of＂new agriculture,countryside and farmers＂ in omnimedia era, in consideration of metadata technical standard and resource terminal package technical standard in domestic and international database, this paper put forward the science-technology and knowledge resource construction plan for new agriculture, countryside and farmers based on multi terminal transmission of triple-activescreen and networks, including five contents： （1）Research of standards of resource content＆format and terminal packaging technology; （2）Multimedia database construction of agricultural science-technology and knowledge;（3） Mul-timedia cloud-based service platform construction of agricultural sciencetechnology and knowledge resource; （4） Learning and counseling teachers construction of agricultural science-technology and knowledge; （5） Application demonstration of agricultural science-technology and knowledge resource. After describing the social benefit and economic benefit of this project implemented, gave the implementation mechanism, risk and preventive measures of resource construction.
