Chicken Marek’s disease is a infectious neoplastic disease, which caused a serious damage to avian breeding. In clinical, Marek＇s disease is similar with Infectious bursal disease, leukemia, reticuloendotheliosis and encephalomyelitis in symptom. In this study, the diagnose and prevention methods was mainly characterized as well as the four kinds of diseases＇ identification, which provided the base of Chicken Marek’s disease prevention and cure.
