构建高校学生足球团队教学竞赛培训目标体系研究——以河南农业大学为个案

A Study of the Establishment of a Competition Training System for College and University Students' Football Teams in China——taking Henan Agricultural University as an example

建立普通高校学生足球团队教学竞赛培训目标体系。通过运用实验法、逻辑分析等方法 ,采取创建"大二联赛""校联赛"制度和参加"高校联赛"等措施进行实验研究。建立专项教师指导学生裁判员和校队运动员、院代表队教练员的"竞赛教育"培训体制,培养众多高质量的院、校级优秀足球人才和体育骨干。提出建立学生足球团队"一基础、四层次、三目标"教学竞赛培训目标体系,以破解"大二院队"、"院队骨干"层次向上发展的瓶颈,优化院代表队建设、促进校代表队发展,完善高校体育专项教学竞赛培训体制,为深化普通高校公共体育专项教学、竞赛体制改革和足球人才培养提供参考依据。

After the research on the establishment of a competition training system for college and university students＇ football teams in china, using experimental method, the paper proposes the establishment of the＂three-level＂ college football league system and the ＂two-level＂ ＂race education＂ training system and other measures to build ＂a foundation, four-level, three goals＂ ＂race education＂ training target system and two actual combat training models,cracks down the two bottlenecks of the development in ＂Grade-two players＂ and ＂Team backbones＂ and promotes the development of school football teams and department football teams, which has made remarkable achievements in the cultivation of excellent sports talents, the optimization of student football team-building and the enrichment of campus sports and cultural life and improvement of the overall competitive level of the school. This study will provide a reference for the reform and personnel training of public PE and special education.
