乳腺癌手术患者行全程优质护理的疗效

Breast cancer operation patients with whole course high quality nursing careclinical effect report

目的观察乳腺癌手术患者行全程优质护理的疗效。方法收集我院收治的60例乳腺癌手术患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各30例。对照组行常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施全程优质护理,就两组患者术后并发症发生率及护理满意度施以比较。结果实验组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的36.67%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌手术患者行全程优质护理可显著减少术后并发症发生,且改善护患关系,提高患者护理满意度具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of breast cancer operationpatients with whole course high quality nursing care. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer operation patients were collected in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care, the experimental group on the basis of the implementation of whole course high quality nursing care on the patientsof two groups, the incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction withthe comparison. Results The occurrence rate of complications was 6.67%patients of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of controlgroup, 36.67%, a statistically significant difference between groups（P0.05）;nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than the control group of 70%, there were statistically significant differences between groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Breast canceroperation patients with whole course high quality nursing care can significantlyreduce postoperative complications, and to promote the improvement of nurse patient relationship, has very important significance to improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care.
