子宫肌瘤诊断中B超的应用探析

Application of B type ultrasonic diagnosis of uterine fibroids

目的探讨B超检查在子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用价值,总结临床经验。方法选取我院治疗的76例子宫肌瘤患者,均应用B型超声进行检查,观察病灶形态、大小、回声特征,并将诊断结果与病理检验结果比较。结果以病理检查结果为参照标准,B超诊断正确率为88.2%,腹部B超检查诊断正确率为81.25%,阴道B超检查诊断正确率为90%;9例误诊,误诊率为11.8%。结论子宫肌瘤诊断中应用B型超声操作简便、检出率较高,可作为妇科体检及子宫肌瘤诊断的主要辅助手段。

Objective To explore the application value of B ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma, summarize the clinical experience. Methods 76 patients with uterine myoma treated in our hospital,both the application of B type ultrasonic inspection, observation of pathological morphology, size, echocharacteristics, and the diagnosis result compared with pathological examination results. Results The pathological findings as the reference standard, the correct rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 88.2%, the correct rate of the abdominal ultrasonography diagnosis was 81.25%, the rate of correct diagnosis of transvaginal B ultrasoundexamination was 90%; 9 cases were misdiagnosed, the misdiagnosis rate is 11.8%. Conclusion The diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma in application of B ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation, high detection rate, can be used as a gynecological examination and diagnosis of the main auxiliary means of myoma of uterus.
