中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

To observe the clinical effect of enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of traditional Chinese medicine retention

目的探讨中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的100例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规的抗炎治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予中药保留灌肠治疗,观察两组的疗效。结果试验组患者的有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠对慢性盆腔炎的治疗有一定的效果,临床意义较大。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema. Methods 100 patients met the inclusion criteria of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory treatment, the experimental group was given retention enema of Chinese herbs on the basis of conventional therapy, the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The results of test group was better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion TCM retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease have a certain effect,obvious clinical significance.
