Some Discussions of College Students＇ Entrepreneurial Legal Risks and Prevention Measures

我国大学生就业形势严峻，创业是国家鼓励的一种就业形式。本文拟对大学生创业的法律风险及存在原因进行分析，提出大学生创业法律风险的防范对策。

The situation of college students＇ employment in our country is so grim that the entrepreneurship is a form of employment which shall be encouraged by the state. This paper analyses the legal risks and existing reason and proposes prevention measures for college students＇ entrepreneurship.
