摘要
通过直流溅射法,在硅基底上溅射铜粒子,并以铜粒子为催化剂,氢气为还原气,乙炔为碳源,在管式炉中制备了纳米碳纤维。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),原子力显微镜(AFM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),能量色散谱仪(EDS)分别对铜粒子进行成分及元素分析,对碳纤维的形貌特征进行了分析表征。
Copper nanoparticles are deposited on silicon template through direct current sputtering method. Then these nanoparticles catalyzes the growth of carbon fibers using acetylene as carbon source in hydrogen atmosphere. The reaction occurrs in the tubular furnace. The morphology of copper nanoparticles and carbonfibers on silicon template are characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy ( EDS).
