摘要
目的探讨vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效。方法将我院收治的112例乳牙根尖周炎患儿随机平均分为观察组与对照组。观察组56例患儿给予Vitapex糊剂进行治疗,对照组56例患儿给予氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行治疗。观察并比较两组患儿的疗效。结果观察组根充反应率为6.58%,显著低于对照组15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组根充成功率为88.16%,显著优于对照组72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳牙根尖周炎患儿采取Vitapex糊剂治疗,能取得显著的疗效,且较传统的根充药物安全性更高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the vitapex paste treatment teeth root periarthritis. Methods Will our hospital 112 cases of teeth root periarthritis randomly divided into observation group and control group.
