口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的疗效探讨

To investigate the curative effect of the treatment of congenital missing teeth in dental prosthesis

目的：研究分析口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的疗效。方法选取2013年9月-2014年9月在牙科门诊接受口腔修复治疗的82例先天性缺牙患者。结果本组82例患者中，治愈者61例，显效者12例，有效者5例，无效者4例，总有效率约为95.12%（78/82）。经口腔修复治疗后，治疗有效者的语言功能、咀嚼功能评分均较治疗前有显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对先天性缺牙患者实施口腔修复治疗，取得了理想疗效，明显改善了患者的语言功能及咀嚼功能，具有良好的推广应用价值。

Objective Study on the clinical curative effect analysis of oral repair for the treatment of congenital missing teeth. Methods Select in September 2013 to September 2014 in the dental outpatient prosthodontics treatment of 82 cases of patients with congenital missing teeth.Results This group of 82 patients, 61 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, 5 cases effective, 4 casesineffective, the total efficiency is about 95.12% （78/82）. Oral treatment, the function of language, the effective treatment and chewing function scores were increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with congenital missing teeth prosthodontic treatment implementation, and achieved the ideal effect, obvious improvement of language function of patients and masticatory function, and has goodpopularization value.
