官兵口腔健康调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the oral health of soldiers

目的了解驻浙某部官兵的口腔健康行为,为部队口腔卫生保健工作提供资料支持。方法采用单位编号与随机抽样的方法进行现场口腔健康问卷调查。结果其中81.5%的官兵知道牙龈出血是不正常现象,77.8%的官兵认为应该治疗;在过去1年中,75%的官兵出现过牙龈出血;82.4%的官兵认为定期检查口腔很重要,只有17.6%的官兵认为不重要。结论我部官兵口腔保健知识知晓率普遍较高;但仍有些方面有待进一步提高,从而减少因口腔问题造成的部队减员,更好地提升我军部队战斗力。

Objective Oral health behavior understanding in Zhejiang soldiers, to provide data support for the health work force oral.Methods Using the unit number, random sampling method to conduct on-site oral health questionnaire.Results The 81.5%officers and men know gingival bleeding is not a normal phenomenon, 77.8% officers and menthink should be treated; in the past year, 75% officers and soldiers appeared gingival bleeding;82.4%officers and men think regularly check the mouth is very important, only 17.6% of the officers and soldiers are not important. Conclusion The generally high rate of oral health knowledge awareness I Department officers and soldiers;but still someaspects to be further improved, so as to reduce the problems caused by oral forces attrition, better improveour military forces fighting capacity.
