耳鼻喉术后感染影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of postoperative infection of otorhinolaryngology

目的通过对360例耳鼻喉术后患者的感染情况进行统计分析,得出影响术后感染的相关因素,为术后感染的控制和预防提供新思路。方法对我院收治的360例耳鼻喉术手患者的术后情况进行监测分析。结果所有数据经统计分析显示:耳鼻喉术后感染率为4.17%,其中因泌尿道、呼吸道系统疾病造成的感染患者占总人数的40.0%,因消化道系统造成的感染患者占20.0%。结论耳鼻喉外科术后感染发生与多种危险因素相关,医护人员应在加强规范操作的基础上采取针对性的治疗措施,可有效减少患者术后感染发生率。

Objective Through the statistical analysis on the infection of 360 cases of ear nose throat of postoperative patients,draws the related factors influencing postoperative infection, to provide new ideas for the control and prevention of postoperative infection. Methods Monitoring and analysis of our hospital 360 cases of ear nose throat of patients after operation. Results All data after statistical analysis showed：otorhinolaryngologic postoperative infection rate of 4.17%, whichcaused by urinary tract, respiratory tract disease infected a total of 40%patients with digestive tract infection,because cause system accounts for 20%. Conclusion Occurrence and multiple risk factors associated with infection of otolaryngology surgery, medical personnelshould be based on strengthening the standardized operation on targeted therapy measures, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in patients.
