米非司酮与妇康片治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床分析

Mifepristone and fu kang treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical analysis

目的研究妇康片与米非司酮联合治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效,总结临床经验。方法选择2012年2月~2014年1月在我院就诊的更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者56例,随机分为对照组和观察组各28例。对照组应用米非司酮实施治疗;观察组应用妇康片联合米非司酮实施治疗。结果观察组患者子宫出血症状控制时间和药物治疗总时间都明显短于对照组;更年期功能失调性子宫出血疾病疗效明显优于对照组;子宫出血药物治疗期间不良反应人数明显少于对照组。结论妇康片与米非司酮联用治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效更好。

Objective Study fu kang with mifepristone in combination with the clinical effect of treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and summarize the clinical experience. Methods Choice in February 2012 January 2014 in our hospital of 56 patients with climacteric dy sfunctional uterine bleeding, 28 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Application of mifepristone treatment in patients with control group; Application of combined mifepristone fu kang tablets for observation group of patients treatment. Results Observation group of patients with uterine bleeding symptom control and total drug treatment time were signifi cantly shorter than the control group; Climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding disease treatment effect is better than the control group; Uterine bleeding adverse reactions was signifi cantly less than the control group during the drug treatment. Conclusion Fu kang with mifepristone combined treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical effect is better.
