摘要
目的探究妇女在绝经后取出节育环手术的术前准备以及手术后护理的价值。方法选择2013年3月~2014年3月来我院就诊的200例要求取出节育环的且绝经在半年以上的妇女作为研究对象,掌握好手术的相关适应症同时写出对应的护理方法。结果研究对象200例无并发症,如子宫穿孔等。除了5例因宫颈管完全变平而没有办法进行手术之外,手术全部顺利完成。结论绝经后妇女取环做好充分的手术准备工作,以及相关的心理护理,可以在一定程度上减少术中及术后并发症的发生机率。
Objective Explore in postmenopausal women to take out the coil operation of the value of preoperative preparation and nursing after the operation. Methods Choose March 2013 to March 2014 to 200 cases of hospital requirements out of the coil and the in menopause women as objects of study, more than half a year to master the operation of relevant indications and write the corresponding nursing methods.Results The object of study in 200 cases and no complications such as perforation of the uterus. Except for 5 cases because the cervix surgery completely fl at and there is no way, all the operation smoothly.Conclusion Postmenopausal women take the ring to be prepared for full operation, as well as the relevant psychological nursing, to some extent, can reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications.
