党的十八大提出的以"三个倡导"为核心的社会主义核心价值观是我们党对社会主义核心价值的最新认识成果。作为一种观念形态它不可能自发地转化为人们日常生活中的行动自觉。如何在实践中践行社会主义核心价值观,如何让它的核心价值理念内化到人们的行为模式中才是社会主义核心价值观产生影响的着力点。因此,通过系统的制度建设来调整社会利益关系,从中国优秀的传统文化中汲取正能量,对践行社会主义核心价值观具有重要意义。

As it has been raised in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） that three advocates becomes the latest cognition of the core values of socialism. In our daily life, it is impossible to turn into self-motive activities spontaneously as a concept. It becomes the acting point of the core values of socialism about how to realize the core values of socialism and how to influence the behavior pattern of citizen. Therefore, it is meaningful for practicing the core values of socialism that adjusting social benefit by creating the systemic institution and draw from the splendid traditional culture.
