十八大以来,中国的网络反腐不断深入,取得了很大的进展。网络反腐有助于突破国家权力机关反腐败的困境,解决人民的诉求,提高公民自身的法制意识,促进社会主义和谐文明。如果没有有效的制度化约束,会造成政治的不稳定,不利于构建一个和谐稳定的政治环境。网络反腐要求我们探索建立约束机制,将其引入制度化轨道,发挥其正面效应,预防可能出现的危机。
