中原经济区新型城镇化评价研究——基于生态文明视角

Evaluation on New Urbanization in the Great Central Plains Economic Zone——Based on the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

从生态文明的视角研究新型城镇化的内涵,认为新型城镇化可以从经济城镇化、社会城镇化、人口城镇化、生态城镇化四个层次进行分析。以中原经济区重要省份之一的河南省为例进行分析,认为河南省新型城镇化水平可以划分为四个层次。对发展提出对策,建议第一层次是重点加强环境保护;第二层次要重点加强生态文明宣传;第三层次要着重调整产业结构;第四层次要充分利用各种资源。

In this paper, the author studies new urbanization from the perspective of ecological civilization. The new urbanization can be analyzed from the population urbanization, ecological urbanization, economy urbanization and social urbanization. The paper analyzes new urbanization in detail and takes the level of new towns in 18 cities in Henan Province as the research object. The new urbanization level in Henan province can be divided into four levels. The first level should focus on strengthening environmental protection, the second level should focus on enhance the promotion of ecological civilization, the third level should focus on adjustment of industrial structure and the fourth level should make full use of various resources.
