摘要
通过问卷对河南省2 258名大学生进行就业焦虑的现状调查,考察其择业期就业心理及相关影响因素。设计职业生涯辅导团体实验方案,对大学生进行就业焦虑的干预研究。实验结果显示:实验组被试在IAS量表和SAD量表总分及社交回避与社交苦恼分量表的前测、后测、追踪评估得分差异显著。控制组被试在IAS量表和SAD量表总分及分量表的前后测、追踪评估之间没有显著的差异。说明该职业生涯辅导团体实验方案具有一定的时效性,可以进一步推广。
Through the questionnaire on the situation of employment psychological anxiety of 2258 college students in Henan Province, it studies their choosing employment psychology and related influence factors. It designs the experiment scheme occupation group career counseling and intervention research on college students'employment anxiety. The experimental results shows that the experimental group subjects in the IAS scale and SAD scale score and social avoidance and social distress subseale of the pretest, posttest, tracking assessment scores were significantly difference. The control group in IAS scale and SAD scale score and subscale test, there was no significant difference between the tracking evaluations. The experiment shows that the career counseling group scheme has certain timeliness can be further promoted.
