摘要 伴随着中国对外开放的深化和国家综合实力的迅速提升,文化"走出去"成为大学文化传承创新功能的现实课题。当前,中国文化"走出去"既承载着历史与时代的使命,又面临着探索话语体系、完善传播方式、丰富传播路径的任务。深化中华文化国际影响力,助推文化"走出去",需要大学充分发挥自身学科与人才优势,借鉴国际文化传播的经验。其中,外语院校应发挥语言文化在跨文化沟通、国际人文交流等方面的优势,与兄弟院校和其他机构协同创新,共同开展文化交流平台建设和国际区域问题研究,为提升国家文化影响力和软实力做出贡献。 "Going global" is a strategy that universities adopt to carry on, innovate, publicize, and communicate Chinese culture. Today, it is both a historical mission and a call of the age for Chinese culture to go global, to explore discourse system, to optimize ways of communication, and to expand promotion channels. In order to increase the international influence of Chinese culture and to achieve the goal of going global, universities should give full play of their academic strengths and should learn from the proven practices of international cultural communications. The universities of foreign studies, among other higher education institutions, should explore their linguistic and cultural strengths in promoting cross-cultural communications and international exchanges and should collaborate with other education institutions and research institutes in studying international and regional issues and developing cultural exchange platforms so as to do their part in improving China's cultural influence and soft power.
