摘要
为及时了解我国教育博士培养现状,本研究运用问卷调查法对全国15所试点高校的教育博士生展开全面调查,并对教育博士指导教师进行了半结构访谈。结果发现:不同教师、学生对于教育博士培养目标的认可与解读存在差异,专业训练实践性较为薄弱,导师指导学术化。因此,进一步明确教育博士培养目标规格、创新实践培养模式、探索多导师制对于保障教育博士培养质量就显得尤为重要。
In order to get the present situation and the quality of D.Ed., we have conducted a survey to explore the D.Ed. Students of 15 pilot universities. In addition, we have carried out interviews with doctor's instructors. We have found that that there are different opinions about D.Ed. education purposes among teachers and students. We have also found that the practical training is weak and guidance from supervisor has been more academic. So it is necessary to familiarize ourselves more with the objectives of D.Ed.education, to innovate in the education model, to explore for more efficient ways for supervision and,eventually, to improve the quality of D.Ed. education.
