陕西猕猴桃种植户弃用膨大剂意愿影响因素分析——以周至县为例

Affecting factors of farmers' willingness to abandon utilization of CPPU on kiwi fruit planting in Shaanxi Province ——A case of Zhouzhi County

【目的】对陕西省周至县分散猕猴桃种植户放弃膨大剂使用意愿的影响因素进行分析,为周至县猕猴桃产业健康发展提供参考。【方法】以陕西省周至县214户猕猴桃种植户的调研数据为依据,利用二元Logistic回归模型对猕猴桃种植户放弃膨大剂使用意愿的影响因素进行计量经济学分析。【结果】种植户普遍能够认识到膨大剂的危害,但由于市场准入和政府监管的缺失,导致种植户普遍使用膨大剂。影响猕猴桃种植户放弃膨大剂使用意愿的因素有:年龄、受教育程度、农业人口贡献率、膨大剂使用对生产成本影响的预期、膨大剂使用对销售价格影响的预期、新闻曝光、农户对地方法规知晓程度、农户对猕猴桃生产标准的了解程度、地方政府对膨大剂使用的惩罚力度、检验检测。【建议】应通过提高农户素质、创新农业组织形式、培养消费者健康消费意识、提高猕猴桃生产透明度、加大监管力度等措施来规范农户的猕猴桃生产行为,促进猕猴桃产业的健康发展。

【Objective】The affecting factors of farmers’ willingness to abandon utilization of CPPU on kiwi fruit in Zhouzhi County in Shaanxi Province were analyzed to provide references for sound development of kiwi industry in Zhouzhi County. 【Method】This paper researched the affecting factors of farmers’ willingness to abandon utilization of CPPU on kiwi fruit using Logistic model based on investigated data of 214 kiwi fruit planting farmers in Zhouzhi County in Shaanxi Province. 【Result】According to the analysis, it was found that farmers generally realized the danger of CPPU, but almost all the farmers used CPPU to increase production due to the market access and the lack of government regulations. The results showed that the significant effect factors were farmers’ age, educational level, the contribution rate of agricultural population, the anticipation of CPPU on production costs, the anticipation of CPPU on sale price, the exposure of media, level of farmers knowledge about local laws and regulations, level of farmers messages’ about kiwi fruit production standard and punishment of government for using CPPU and government inspection. 【Conclusion】In order to promote the healthy development of kiwi fruit industry, we should increase farmers’ educational level, create the new form of agricultural organization, train the healthy consumption idea of consumer, improve production transparency and strengthen the supervision to regulate the famers’ behavior.
