摘要
利用响应面法优化多刺绿绒蒿中总生物碱的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,选择盐酸质量分数、液料比、提取温度为自变量,以总生物碱吸光度为响应值,进行Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计,采用响应面法(RSM)分析这些因素对总生物碱提取的影响。响应面优化设计得出的最佳工艺条件为盐酸质量分数3.7%,液料比38∶1,提取温度56℃,总生物碱提取率达1.18%。
Response surface method(RSM)is applied to optimize the extraction of alkaloids from Meconopsis horridula Hook.f. & Thomson. Based on single experiment,hydrochloric acid concentration,liquid-solid ratio and extracting temperature are selected for designing,the extraction yield of alkaloids as response value.Box-Benhnken central combination experiment is used to set a mathematical model for response surface analysis.The results of RSM show that the optimal extraction conditions are:hydrochloric acid concentration is 3.7%,liquid-solid ratio is 38∶1,and extracting temperature is 56 ℃.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of alkaloids is up to 1.18%.
