会仙湿地水体百草枯污染及其固定/转化率 被引量:3

Pollution and Fixed/Transformed Ratio of Paraquat in Water of Huixian Wetland

摘要 采用微量热法结合高效液相色谱法,研究会仙湿地上覆水、周边居民饮用水百草枯污染状况,同时测定百草枯对湿地底泥微生物代谢活性的影响及对百草枯(0~120μg/g)的固定/转化率。结果表明,居民饮用水尚检测不出百草枯,但湿地上覆水已检出(1~16.8μg/kg);相同实验条件下,微生物热功率生长曲线表现出相似性,均出现第二指数生长期;只有120μg/g(干土)者使微生物生长曲线明显往后推移;外加入的百草枯的转化率为52%~55%(96h),意味着通过淋溶冲刷至流动水体中的量高达40%~50%。研究结果说明,百草枯对会仙湿地区域中哺乳动物和人类的健康可能存在潜在的安全隐患,建议将百草枯纳入附近水质指标检测范围。 The pollution statue of paraquat in the overlying water of Huixian Wetland as well as the residents’ drinking water around the Wetland were investigated used microcalorimetric methods and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),meanwhile,the effect of paraquat on the activity of the wetland’s sediment microbes and its fixed/transformed ratio(concentration of 0~120μg/g)were measured.The results showed that paraquat could not be detected in the drinking water but in the overlying water(1~16.8μg/kg);microorganisms in the sediment showed similar power-time curves and all with a second logarithmic growth phase under the same laboratory conditions;only 120μg/g(dry soil)paraquat obviously postponed the microbes growing;52% ~55% of added Paraquat was fixed/transformed(96h)by the sediment,which meant that as high as 40%~50% of the added does would be scoured or leached into the flowing water then transported far away from its occurence.The results indicated that there existed potential Paraquat security risks against mammals and human health in the region of Huixian Wetland,so the paraquat was suggested to be listed in the cheking range of waterquality index around this wetland.
