为了适应新技术发展以及提高教学效果,本文提出对"交换技术基础"课程的教学内容进行整合和优化,并以该课程的教学方法、教学手段和教学组织的改革为例,讨论了在培养创新型人才前提下专业基础课进行研究型教学的可行思路,以供广大专业基础课教师参考。

In order to adapt to the rapid development of the telecommunication technology and improve the teaching quality. this paper introduces the reform and innovation method of the course of Basic Switching Technology. And we propose the feasible solutions to the research-oriented teaching which can cultivate the creative students for the university. Our solutions can give reference to other teachers who will initiate their research-oriented teaching.
