摘要 我院为了解决"PLC技术及应用"课程缺少实践环节的问题,采用组态软件Win CC及PLC总线网络通信技术构建了PLC自动化通信网络实验教学系统。本文对该系统设计进行了阐述,对系统进行了硬件组态及参数设置;然后对系统设备间不同的通信实现进行分析并对系统所能开展的实验进行了说明。 In order to solve the lack of experiment in PLC Technolgy and Its Applicaton course teaching. Configuration software Win CC and PLC bus network communication technology are utilized to construct experimental teaching system of PLC automation communication network,solving existing problems such as abstract content and students' difficulty of understanding the course in this paper. Firstly,system design is described. Secondly,settings of hardware configuration and parameters are conducted in the system. Thirdly,we analyze communication between different system devices. Finally,experiments of system are illustrated.
