摘要
本文在分析铁路系统正在推广的铁路建设工程质量风险管理"一图四表法"优缺点的基础上,通过把"一图四表法"的理念与流程与信息技术相融合,提出了构建质量风险管理信息系统的解决方案。论述了信息系统主要数据源的数据标准,构建了质量风险动态跟踪模型、质量风险预警模型与质量风险公示图自动生成模型,并介绍了信息系统的功能设计及实际应用情况。应用效果表明,系统实现了风险源信息的统一管理与多级共享,实时跟踪与预警风险状态,自动绘制质量风险公示图,风险管理的水平和效率提升。
Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of One Figure and Four Tables Method(AFFTM) which was promoted by railway system in railway construction engineering quality risk management. By combined the concepts and processes of AFFTM with information technology, this paper presented the implementation scheme of structuring Railway Construction Project Quality Risk Management Information System(RCPQRMIS). The paper analyzed the data standard of RCPQRMIS, and created the quality risk dynamic tracking model, the quality risk pre-warning model as well as the quality risk publicity figure generated automatically model. The paper also introduced the functional modules of RCPQRMIS, and the practical applications of RCPQRMIS. The application results showed that the System implemented the unified management of the risk source information and multi-level sharing, real-time tracking and pre-warning of risk state, automatically drawing quality risk publicity figure. The efficiency and the level of risk management were greatly enhanced.
