摘要
目的:优选大腹皮饮片切制工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以4种生物碱(槟榔碱、槟榔次碱、去甲槟榔碱、去甲槟榔次碱)含量及水溶性煎出物得率为指标,采用相关系数综合评分法,选择切制宽度、烘干温度和烘干时间为考察因素,优化大腹皮饮片的炮制工艺。结果:优选出的炮制工艺为:大腹皮药材抢水洗后,润透,纵切1 cm段,50℃烘2.5 h。结论:优选出的大腹皮炮制工艺稳定可行,重现性好。
Objective: To optimize the preparation of cutting-processed Arecae Pericarpium by the orthogonal method. Methods:With four alkaloids such as arecoline,arecaidine,guvacoline,guvacine and yield of water-soluble decoction as indexes,a L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted to compare the effect of different factors on cutting-processed Arecae Pericarpium. Results: According to the finalized optimal process,Arecae Pericarpium was washed quickly,moisturized,chopped lengthwise in 1 cm segment and then dried for 2. 5h at 50 ℃. Conclusion: The optimal process method is reasonable and reliable,it can provide basis for the preparation of cutting-processed Arecae Pericarpium.
