摘要
目的:研究灰毡毛忍冬Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.根的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱层析分离技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬根中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:ribenol(1)、excoecarin C(2)、18-hydroxy-13-epi-manoyloxide(3)、积雪草酸(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:其中,化合物1~4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物根中分离得到。
Objective: To study chemical constituents of the roots of Lonicera macranthoides. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by means of several chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ribenol(1),excoecarin C(2),18-hydroxy-13-epi-manoyloxide(3),asiatic acid(4),oleanolic acid(5),β-sitosterol(6) and β-daucosterol(7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 4 are obtained from this genus for the first time. Compound 5 is obtained from this plant for the first time. All the compounds are found from the roots of Lonicera macranthoides for the first time.
