摘要
分别选用过硫酸铵、双氧水、三氯化铁作为掺杂剂,对聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维进行液相掺杂,并对掺杂后PPS纤维的结构和性能进行表征,探索其导电机理,研究其导电性.结果表明,过硫酸铵作为掺杂剂时效果最好,可使其电导率从10-13S/cm升高到10-7S/cm.
In this paper, the effect of three dopants ( ammonium persulphate, hydrogenperoxide and ferric chloride) on the electrical conductivity of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber was studied. The addition of the dopants was carried out using liquid method. It was found that doping the PPS fiber with hydrogenperoxide and ferric chloride had practically no effect on the PPS fiber, while doping the PPS fiber with ammonium persulphate could significantly increase its conductivity from 10^-13 S/ cm to 10^ -7 S/cm. The structure and properties of PPS fiber doped with ammonium persulphate were characterized by DSC and XPS, and the mechanism for the increased conductivity was discussed.
