摘要
为有助于乙醇柴油混合燃料在柴油机中的燃烧与排放的计算模拟研究,针对体积分数分别为5%、10%、15%的乙醇柴油混合燃料(E5、E10、E15)的理化性质(临界参数、焓值、汽化潜热、粘度、表面张力、导热系数等)进行估算。在Fortran语言的基础上,根据以往已验证的估算公式进行编程计算,结果表明:随着乙醇掺混比的增加,混合燃料的焓值、液体粘度、表面张力和导热系数减小;饱和蒸汽压、气化潜热增加,随温度的升高,混合燃料的焓值和饱和蒸汽压升高,气化潜热、液体粘度、表面张力和导热系数减小。
In order to simulate the combustion and emission of ethanol-diesel blend fuel in the diesel,the physical and chemical characteristics(critical parameter,enthalpies,latent heats of vaporization,vapor pressures,liquid viscosities,surface tensions,thermal conductivities,etc)of ethanol-diesel blend fuels,whose volume fraction respectively are 5%,10%,15%(E5,E10,E15),were estimated.Based on the Fortran,procedure was wrote by using estimation formulas which have been verified.The experimental results showed that with the volume fraction of ethanol increases,enthalpies,liquid viscosities,surface tensions and thermal conductivities of blend fuels reduce,and latent heats of vaporization and vapor pressure of blend fuels increase.With the temperature increases,enthalpies and vapor pressure of blend fuels increase,and latent heats of vaporization,liquid viscosities,surface tensions and thermal conductivities of blend fuel reduce.
