摘要
以Ansys有限元分析为主要方法,通过改变层布式钢纤维混凝土预制路面板尺寸及地基弹性模量对其应力进行参数化分析。计算结果表明:增加地基弹性模量可以明显降低路面板的沉降,增加板厚可有效降低板底拉应力,但随板厚增加其降低趋势逐渐减小;对于方形预制板和矩形预制板,方形预制板的受力性能要优于矩形板,而对于两种类型的预制板,边长160cm为界限尺寸,大于或小于该尺寸时预制板应力变化效应明显,当轮载作用于板边缘位置时,板易发生翘起。
Using Ansys finite element analysis,parametric analysis on the precast pavement panel of layer-steel fiber reinforcement concrete was done by changing its precast panel size and the elastic modulus of the foundation.The analysis results show that increasing elastic modulus of the foundation can significantly reduce the pavement settlement,the increasing thickness of the panel can effectively reduce its bottom tensile stress,but the decreased trend reduces step by step with its thickness increases.The mechanical properties of square precast panel are superior to the rectangular panel,the panel length of 160 cm is the limit size,larger or smaller than this size the precast panel stress changes obviously,and when the wheel load acts on the plate edge position,the plate will cock.
