陶瓷窑炉温度控制系统控制算法研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对陶瓷窑炉温度控制系统非线性、大时滞、模型复杂的特点,以及目前控制效果中存在调节时间长、超调量大等问题,以串级控制为主要的控制方法,分别提出了主控制器为PID控制、Smith预估控制和神经网络PID 3种控制算法。用MATLAB软件分别对这3种算法在不同扰动的情况下做出了对比仿真,并对仿真结果做了分析。结果表明:串级PID控制的控制效果不太理想;串级Smith预估控制的控制效果有待提高;而串级神经网络PID控制方法有较好的控制性能。 On account of the nonlinearity,large delay and complex model of ceramic kiln temperature control system to control and the long adjusting time and overshoot of existing control algorithm,three control algorithm which are mainly based on cascade control algorithm put forward.PID control,Smith prediction control and neural network PID control algorithm are respectively used to control the main controller.Simulation is made to the three algorithms apart under different disturbances,and we also analyze the simulation results.We can draw the following conclusions:The cascade PID algorithm's control effect is not so good,cascade Smith forecast algorithm's control effect remains to be improved,and the cascade neural network PID control method has the best control performance among the three algorithms.
