海南一起校园隐翅虫皮炎暴发的调查与控制

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION AND CONTROL TO AN OUTBREAK OF PAEDERUS DERMATITIS IN A CAMPUS, HAINAN

为更好掌握隐翅虫皮炎暴发的现场科学防控.通过对一起校园隐翅虫皮炎暴发采取现场流行病调查和昆虫标本采集、鉴定等方法收集资料分析.本起校园隐翅虫皮炎暴发事件出现急性过敏反应炎症师生人数267人,其中男性171人,女性96人,185人有接触和捻压虫体史;皮炎以颈、背部部位发病为主,症状符合隐翅虫皮炎临床诊断标准.学校地处海南万宁市东山岭脚下,周围植被茂盛,且有大片处于稻谷收割期农田,利于隐翅虫的孳生繁殖,在校园中采集到隐翅虫标本;另外教学楼和宿舍内均有较强采光照明设施,无纱门纱窗等设施,发病近期天气潮湿、闷热,使得隐翅虫活动频繁;从而导致本起校园隐翅虫皮炎暴发.经病例治疗,健康教育消除恐慌和宣传普及防治知识,对校园周边环境整治辅以药物消杀等防控措施,收到了预期控制效果.

A series of paederus dermatitis cases outbreak in a campus in Doling Mountains, Wanning City, Hainan islands was reported in the present paper. Totally 267 individuals, 171 males and 96 females, were found with acute allergic reactions, mainly around neck and dorsal skins of the victims. Field epidemiologieal investigations had revealed that the incident occurred in the environment with lush vegetation and rice farmland, and almost all victims were recorded with exposure histories of Paederus fuscipes whose population reached peak in the season with hot and wet weather. In the campus, incandescent lamps were common utilized to light for school building and dormitories without any gauze for screening windows or doors, which allowed P. fuscipes to enter indoor and disturb the victims, and finally resulted in the outbreak of the paederus dermatitis cases. After comprehensive measures, including proper medical care, heahh education and environmental modification and chemical control with pesticides, were carried out, the incident was stopped as expected.
