摘要
在酸性介质中Br O3-能氧化酚藏花红褪色,据此建立了褪色光度法测定水中痕量溴酸盐的新方法。研究了褪色反应的最佳反应条件,褪色反应的最大吸收波长为530nm,溴酸根离子的浓度在0.0-1.0mg/L范围内符合比尔定律(r=0.9995),检出限为0.0035mg/L,样品平均加标回收率为92.0%-101.8%,相对标准偏差为1.7-4.2%。方法应用于饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的测定。
A new method for spectrophotometric determination of trace bromate in drinking water was established and based on the oxidation of phenosafranine. The decoloring reaction conditions were optimized in this study. The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of decoloring reaction for oxidation of phenosafranine by bromate is 530 nm and bromate concentration in the range of 00. 0 - 1. 0 mg / L is obeyed Beer's Law and the correlation coefficient is 0. 9995. The relative standard deviations for this method were in the range of 1. 7% - 4. 2%,the detection limit is 0. 0035 mg / L,and the recoveries of the method were in the range of 92. 0 % to 101. 8%. The method was applied to the determination of micro amount of Br O3-in drinking water with satisfactory results.
